Management strategies to improve the work environment

Introduction: The purpose of this research article is to propose an improvement plan for the work environment at the Horizonte Foundation. This was carried out using the variables that affect the Organizational Climate and the perception of the Program Collaborators and some members of the Board of Directors who also have functions as directors. Methodology: A research work with a mixed approach was carried out, the type of study was descriptive and the IMCOC instrument was used. The results showed that the Foundation presents a global organizational climate with a score of 191.17 with a positive perception, which indicates that among the collaborators there is a good level of help, excellent relationships of companionship, reward for doing a job well done, among others. Results: it is concluded that some variables need to be improved, such as: lack of recognition, lack of organization of fun activities and tendency to resign due to working conditions.
