Transformation of evaluation practices in the Colombian educational context: towards a training, inclusive and quality model. This study analyzes evaluation practices in six Colombian educational institutions with the purpose of
improving educational quality through the implementation of training approaches. The central objective is to examine pedagogical and curricular trends in evaluation, focusing on the articulation between student learning and curricular coherence. The research uses a qualitative methodology
based on the analysis of data collected through surveys, semi-structured interviews and participant observation in urban and rural contexts in the departments of Atlántico, Magdalena, Quindío and Tolima. The results allow us to identify significant evaluation practices, such as the integration of quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as persistent challenges, including student anxiety regarding traditional evaluations. The conclusions highlight the need to adapt evaluation strategies to sociocultural contexts, promote reflective self-assessment, and strengthen teacher training in formative evaluation. This work provides practical guidelines for the transformation of evaluations towards an inclusive model that prioritizes meaningful learning and the comprehensive development
of students, contributing to the advancement of educational
policies aligned with contemporary demands.
