The normative analysis carried out in this work included a systematic review of the commitments of public and private entities, ONGs, citizens, educational institutions, and territorial entities, so that, in an interinstitutional and interdisciplinary work, the productive chain can be consolidated from the local to the global level. The results reveal the importance of the active participation of civil society over the years in the formulation of the policy to publicize the conditions for the establishment and sustainable use of guadua/bamboo in the national territory, highlighting its importance and transcendence.
