El clima organizacional, una estrategia en la gestión de los recursos humanos

El presente artículo expone los hallazgos de la investigación realizada en 2015 sobre la percepción del clima organizacional en los empleados de una cooperativa. En esta investigación se resalta dicha percepción, a partir de las variables evaluadas y se diseñan estrategias para mejorar el clima organizacional como un factor esencial en la gestión de los recursos humanos. En este análisis se presenta el clima organizacional como una estrategia de gestión de los recursos humanos. Esta estrategia considera que el ambiente laboral y la motivación son elementos fundamentales en el desempeño de los empleados y, por ende, en la productividad de las empresas: la percepción que tenga el empleado de su ambiente laboral y la motivación influyen en su desempeño. La evaluación, análisis y seguimiento que se haga del clima organizacional permitirá al administrador detectar aspectos que inciden positiva o negativamente en él, predecir y dar solución a problemas que puedan afectar en un futuro a la empresa y su desarrollo.

Author

The content of the article must be unpublished, it must not be in the process of evaluation by another institution, it must not have been distributed to third parties, there must be no legal or contractual limitation that prohibits the author from authorizing the use of their work in open access and in printed or digital form.

Obtaining reproduction rights for all graphical material (tables, figures, diagrams, photographs) is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, they must send authorizations for the publication and use of this material.

Each author must sign the ‘Copyright Transfer Agreement’, transferring the rights to Universidad Nacional Abierta y A Distancia (UNAD) and the Revista Estrategia Organizacional.

Preservation policy

Our journal preserves files through the servers of the UNAD newspaper library with the OJS platform.
