Process Mapping as a Strategic Management Instrument for Value Generation in the Electronics Industry

Introduction: This article analyzes process management aimed at value creation in the electronics industry in the province of Pinar del Río, Cuba. It presents the key theoretical concepts supporting the proposed methodology.

Methodology: A documentary analysis was conducted to assess current regulations at the Electronic Components Company, particularly concerning processes related to toner cartridge production. Interviews were also conducted with all employees to validate findings using theoretical-logical methods.

Results: The application of empirical methods confirmed the relevance of mapping processes related to toner production, leading to the development of a product-focused process map.
