Introduction: Due to SARS-CoV-2, in Colombia, Bogotá, there were closures of the productive system. These restrictions were for cargo vehicles and the change of exemption from the mobility of light vehicles such as single-cab pick-ups. Therefore, adverse impacts were presented such as a decrease of more than 80% in the monthly income earned by the provision of the freight transport service. Methodology: The field of application of this research is related to a sample of people who work in the provision of freight transport services both formally and informally in Locality No. 2 of Chapinero. It is based on a diagnosis of the current problem, the verification of the documentation and stipulated decrees, as well as the simulation of routes from the point of origin (Galerías neighborhood) to different locations in the city through FlexSim software, which will allow the management of the processes. Results: This preliminary simulation allows us to understand the possible behavior of urban transport logistics services, and to obtain preliminary data that are close to reality and allow us to establish what other variables to consider.
