Introduction: This article investigates the dimensions of appreciative business leadership from the perspective of students (Cooperrider, 2020), (Subirana and Cooperrider, 2013), (Varona, 2022).
From this perspective, appreciative leadership is assumed as a catalyst for change and flourishing
leadership is analyzed (Vásquez, 2020). The dimensions of analysis allow us to analyze the key categories that allow developing appreciative leadership in companies and entrepreneurships.
Methodology: The dimensions of business leadership are analyzed from the perspective that MBA students have on appreciative leadership. This population is chosen because they are being trained at the postgraduate level to intervene in business change processes. Methodologically, a questionnaire was used for the students based on the Likert scale, which was processed in the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) data analysis program; as well as a qualitative section with two open questions, processing categories with open coding. Results: Empirical evidence demonstrated the usefulness of appreciative leadership dimensions to describe and analyze the aspects and categories that define companies according to the students’ vision.
