Management strategies for agricultural associations with a focus on biotrade

Introduction: This research analyzes the development strategies for agricultural associations with a focus on biotrade in Caquetá. Methodology: The research is descriptive with a quantitative and
cross-sectional approach through the study of the importance and governance matrix applied
to a sample of eight productive associations in the agricultural sector with a focus on biotrade
in the department of Caquetá. Results: the results show the strategic alternatives towards which
the actions of agricultural associations should be focused, such as the inclusion of improvements
in the administration and promotion of organic products, the development of a national and
international marketing network and expansion of non-organic products. timber, the diversification
of sustainable and differentiated Amazonian products, the improvement of quality and efficiency
in marketing, cost reduction and acquisition of strategic suppliers
