Introduction: This article focuses on analyzing the implementation of the Integrated Planning and
Management Model (MIPG) in the municipal mayor’s office of Neiva, a continuous improvement tool,
developed by the Administrative Department of the Public Service for the control and management
of processes in public entities. The MIPG is used to evaluate organizational behavior and improve
internal processes in the public sector. Objectives: The project seeks to understand how the implementation of the MIPG has contributed to the continuous improvement of internal processes
and, ultimately, customer service in the public sector. Methodology: optimization and responses to
user requests will be analyzed, especially Requests, Complaints and Claims (PQRS). Results: it is
evident that the effective use of the MIPG facilitates internal control and compliance with the PQRS
in the mayor’s office of Neiva, improves decision-making and user perception, and encourages
cooperation between public officials and users for better administration. more efficient.
