Prospective management plan for logistics platforms for Tolima 2028

Introduction: An update and prospective study on logistics aspects for the department of Tolima is addressed, with the contribution of different interest groups to rethink, design and project the logistics map and its components in infrastructure, technology, integration with associations and interconnect the region with others that have competitive advantages. Methodology: Taking advantage of national policies to improve road issues, technologies, intermodal transport, logistics platforms and access to populated places and production centers. Tolima can position itself as a strategic logistics platform in the center of the country. It has potential and wide geographical advantages compared to other regions. Results: the state and recent evolution of the logistics infrastructure is not optimal, so Tolima must rethink and enhance its capabilities to position itself at a competitive level so as not to continue to lag behind, affecting the department's productivity and economic growth.
