This article aims to develop an Offline application to reinforce knowledge, expand the normative and conceptual bases in the Awá La Cabaña community, in the municipality of Puerto Asís, Putumayo, thereby contributing to the promotion and construction of the common good. A mixed, non-experimental exploratory-descriptive study was defined. Several focus groups are held for the diagnosis. A survey of 12 questions, 11 closed and one (1) open in person, is applied in order to determine the level of knowledge about the prior consultation. A stratified finite sample of 22 inhabitants was defined, female and male, aged 18 to 66 years, who within the community have different roles and full capacity to read, interpret and write texts in Spanish. It is concluded that the implementation of the application contributes to the educational and training improvement of the community.
