Management of the internationalization processes applicable in Boyaca

To carry out a successful internationalization process, implies for the economies, an adaptation of models or structures according to their growth and development conditions. For Boyaca the panorama suggests that is necessary to join forces and face the challenges that internationalization processes involve. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to determine the structure (s) of internationalization processes taken by different economies of the world that best correspond to the economic context of the department. The methodology used was based on a theoretical review of these processes presented in twenty articles selected for the development of this work; it is also established the criteria for doing the evaluation analysis that would give rise to the results. These results are presented through an ordinal evaluation matrix and a summary of the selected articles. In conclusion, it is founded that the most appropriate model, aimed at strengthening the economy of the region, is the one set out in the work “Internationalization of New Companies of Emerging Economy: the role of Differences within the Country”.
