Asociatividad como estrategia para el crecimiento de las empresas productoras de leche en Colombia

El sector lácteo colombiano sufre las consecuencias del descuido estatal, más de 400.000 fa- milias campesinas y pequeñas unidades familiares que derivan su sustento de la leche están amenazadas por los tratados de libre comercio y el contrabando del producto y sus derivados. Ello obliga a diseñar políticas públicas para promover la asociatividad e impulsar la economía familiar como mecanismo de protección, con impacto en temas como la formación y gestión de las ins- tituciones existentes, el impulso de nuevas asociaciones, el uso de tecnología y cupos de crédito preferencial que permitan garantizar la competencia y sostenibilidad en el tiempo. Por ello, se comparten los resultados de la investigación que se socializó en el libro Asociatividad: estrategia para el desarrollo nacional – propuesta de política para el sector lácteo en Colombia y que implicó visitas, entrevistas semi-estructuradas y análisis de fuentes secundarias en dos cuencas del país previamente seleccionadas, así como la aplicación de cartografía social para precisar acciones de corto y mediano plazo para el sector.

Author

The content of the article must be unpublished, it must not be in the process of evaluation by another institution, it must not have been distributed to third parties, there must be no legal or contractual limitation that prohibits the author from authorizing the use of their work in open access and in printed or digital form.

Obtaining reproduction rights for all graphical material (tables, figures, diagrams, photographs) is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, they must send authorizations for the publication and use of this material.
