COMPETITIVIDAD DE LAS ESCUELAS DE VIGILANCIA Y SEGURIDAD PRIVADA EN BOGOTÁ D.C.

La seguridad privada a lo largo del tiempo ha tenido una tendencia de constante crecimiento y cobra gran importancia en el sector económico del país, por lo anterior se busca dar a conocer el grado de competitividad que actualmente enfrentan las 10 escuelas líderes en el mercado en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C., lo anterior según los últimos reportes encontrados en la rendición de cuentas de la superintendencia de vigilancia y seguridad privada. Este artículo es el resultado de una investigación que tuvo como fin identificar la competitividad de las pymes en las escuelas de vigilancia y seguridad privada, por tanto buscó dar una visión general, sobre las competencias de las empresas en el servicio de calidad a partir de lo encontrado en la investigación objeto de estudio. Se utilizó el Test de Competitividad de Pymes y Autónomos encontrando como resultado que hay un 56% de mujeres y 44% hombres que laboran en las escuelas de vigilancia, además en su mayoría respondieron que si realizan los criterios especificados en cada ítem, y pocas respuestas marcaron que están en proceso de cambio. Por tanto se concluye que estas academias de capacitación en vigilancia se han esmerado por ser competitivas.

Author

The content of the article must be unpublished, it must not be in the process of evaluation by another institution, it must not have been distributed to third parties, there must be no legal or contractual limitation that prohibits the author from authorizing the use of their work in open access and in printed or digital form.

Obtaining reproduction rights for all graphical material (tables, figures, diagrams, photographs) is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, they must send authorizations for the publication and use of this material.
