Design of an Agile Methodology Mfs_2022 from a Creative Economy

Introduction: The main objective of this research is to present the design of an Agile methodology for project management, oriented to goods and services; based on application of fundamentals creative economy together with diagnostic tools, analysis focused on process of dealing development of new business units that generate economic, environmental and social sustainability, contributing in Seba farm located in Puente Nacional Santander. Methodology: to identify of key points of management
and business development, so that the principles established in the methodology MFS-2022 are applicable to the development of ideas proposed by land owners of the land. Results: to strengthen each of the phases of the life cycle of the project such as planning, execution, supervisión, and control required for the maturation and implementation in the countryside, which results in the need to use innovative tools that guide the strategic formation of the community with the intermediation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Condensed through a prototype of flow screen-Shots from a mobile App visualizing the interaction of the Stakeholders/users.
