E -learning models to integrate the TIC and transforming distance education programs in virtual programs

Through a bibliographical cartography, their conceptual analysis
and the study of some model e-learning, this project analyzes
the incorporation of the technologies of the information and the
communication in the processes of superior education in order to
defining a model of transformation of education programs at distance to virtual programs (e-learning). A model was defined of diagnose to establish the conditions and the state of the institution, you builds a proposal of model e-learning for transformation and the strategy of implementation, approaching each stage from three components: the organizational one, the pedagogic one and the technological. Finally the design of a pilot course socialization model, aimed at teaching and administrative community was conducted.
