Design of a model to measure organizational socialization focused on knowledge management and learning in public entities: a multifactorial analysis case of the district mayor's office of Barranquilla, Colombia
The implementation of knowledge management models in public sector entities is not alien to the field of strategy. This study focuses its analysis on the design of a model for measuring organizational socialization in public sector entities to obtain better criteria and technical judgments for the implementation of the knowledge and learning management strategy. With a significant probabilistic sample and a 95% confidence level, a factor analysis of principal components was carried out to identify these measurement domains or dimensions, establishing seven factors that explain a little more than 71% of the variance.
