The implementation of knowledge management models in public sector entities is not alien to the field of strategy. This study focuses its analysis on the design of a model for measuring organizational socialization in public sector entities to obtain better criteria and technical judgments for the implementation of the knowledge and learning management strategy. With a significant probabilistic sample and a 95% confidence level, a factor analysis of principal components was carried out to identify these measurement domains or dimensions, establishing seven factors that explain a little more than 71% of the variance.
