CARACTERIZACIÓN DE LA FABRICACIÓN DE MICROCANALES PARA APLICACIONES MICROFLUÍDICAS
El objetivo de este trabajo fue caracterizar la fabricación de
microcanales en material polimérico ABS mediante impresión 3D,
variando densidad de relleno (60% y 80%), anchos (0,1 a 1 mm) y
geometrías (lineales y curvilíneas). Se diseñaron las piezas en
Solidworks, se imprimieron con una Da Vinci 1.0 AiO (temperatura del
extrusor 245 °C, cama 100 °C) y se analizaron con microscopía digital.
Los resultados mostraron que los canales lineales se obtuvieron bien
definidos hasta 0,3 mm de ancho. En los curvilíneos, la densidad del
80% redujo notablemente las obstrucciones internas en comparación
con el 60%. Se concluye que una mayor densidad mejora la resolución y
disminuye los defectos de impresión, pero el material ABS, por su baja
resistencia a solventes, limita las aplicaciones fluídicas. Este estudio
aporta parámetros concretos para la fabricación rápida y de bajo costo
de microcanales en ABS.
