Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- • All authors have been registered in the submission option. • This step is essential to avoid later delays in the editing and publication processes of manuscripts. • It is necessary to register the Author’s ORCID code or their researchID in OJS. At the end of the evaluation process and to continue with its publication. Authors must send this information to the journal email.
- • Please SUGGEST 3 POSSIBLE EVALUATORS with their respective name, affiliation and e-mail. • Add these data to the box called “Comentarios para el EDITOR” (Comments for the EDITOR). • It is possible to mention potential reviewers with whom you have a conflict of interest and who you do not want to review your manuscript.
- The author agrees that the publication will be granted under the following license: Creative Commons Attribution: This license allows others to distribute, combine, adjust and build from their work, including for commercial purposes, provided that the authorship of the original creation is recognized. This is the most helpful license offered. It is recommended for maximum dissemination and use of the materials subject to this license.
- Complies with the guidelines established in the Instructions for Authors.
- The Template designed for the presentation of manuscripts is used
- The manuscript is un published, has not been previousl y published, nor it is being simultaneously postulated for another publication. Statement of Originality and Ownership of the Manuscript Contents

When RIAA receives the postulation of an original by its author, either through email or post mail, considers that it can be published in physical and/or electronic format and facilitates its inclusion in databases, newspaper archives and other systems and indexing process. RIAA authorizes the reproduction and citation of the Journal’s material, provided that explicitly indicates journal name, the authors, the article title, volume, number and pages. The ideas and concepts expressed in the articles are responsibility of the authors and in no case reflect the institutional policies of the UNAD.
