Revista Estrategia Organizacional publishes original research articles that contribute to the development, analysis or application of management strategies and fall within the journal’s focus and scope.
Before submitting a manuscript, authors should ensure that it meets the following requirements.
General Requirements
Title
The title should be clear, concise and informative and should accurately represent the main content of the research. Authors are advised to avoid abbreviations, overly general expressions and words that do not provide relevant information for identifying the work.
The title must be provided in both Spanish and English.
Abstract
The manuscript must include an abstract in both Spanish and English, between 200 and 250 words in length.
The abstract should provide a clear and self-contained account of the purpose or objective of the research, the methodological approach, the principal results or findings, and the most relevant conclusions. It should contain only information presented in the article and enable readers to identify the study’s main contribution accurately.
References, tables, figures and information not addressed in the manuscript should not be included in the abstract.
Keywords
Each article must include between 4 and 6 keywords in Spanish and their corresponding terms in English.
Keywords should represent the central concepts of the research and should be selected with consideration for their usefulness in identifying, retrieving and indexing the article in academic search engines and scientific information systems.
Authors are encouraged to use specific and recognisable terms within their field of study, avoiding overly general expressions and unnecessary repetition of words already included in the title.
Preparation for Double-Blind Peer Review
Revista Estrategia Organizacional uses a double-blind peer-review system. The manuscript submitted for review must not contain information that could directly or indirectly identify the authors.
Names, affiliations, ORCID identifiers, contact information and other authorship details must be entered exclusively in the appropriate fields of the editorial platform during submission. Acknowledgements or other information that could reveal the authors’ identities should only be incorporated, where appropriate, at later stages of the editorial process.
Before Submission
Authors should ensure that the manuscript complies with these guidelines and consult the corresponding guidance on Article Structure, Tables, Figures and References, and Ethics and Transparency.
Compliance with formal requirements does not guarantee acceptance. All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, their scientific contribution and their compliance with the requirements necessary to proceed to peer review.
