Corporate Management of Social Protection Formalization to Safeguard the Right to Work

Introduction.
The Formality of Social Protections (TFSP) is a fundamental pillar for establishing a stable trajectory of social and economic progress, as its strengthening facilitates access to employment under favorable conditions for citizens. At its core, TFSP is influenced by business dynamics that transform the labor market and is directly linked to the share of labor in national production.

Methodology.
This article adopts an analytical and explanatory approach to examine the relationship between business dynamics, TFSP, and the Territorial Participation Rate (TPR), using empirical data and comparative analysis across economic sectors.

Results.
The findings indicate that, despite the importance of business dynamics, they do not have a significant impact on TFSP. In contrast, empirical evidence shows that TPR is closely related to TFSP, particularly highlighting the strategic role of the service sector within the broader economy.
