Introduction: the development of new skills in the work environment such as leadership, work team
management, equitable collaboration, effective communication, solid commitments or integration
of new human values, acquires an important meaning for the stability of the work environment in
modern organizations. . Objective: the objective of the research is to report on the result of the
implementation of an organizational intervention strategy on strengthening the integration skills of
effective work teams in the daily practices of the Cristafácil company and the experience acquired
by the actors involved as a learning society (UNESCO, 2014). Methodology: The intervention
strategy process is based on Kurt Lewin’s action research methodology, which is used to study
a specific problem and/or needs of a certain group of people. Results: communication was one
of the main factors that benefited from the organizational intervention strategy. The well-being and work dimension was the one that stood out with the greatest favorable difference, which are
factors to understand how organizations improve organizational processes and their results.
