Introduction: This article is prepared within the framework of a research macroproject attached to the CERES group, of the A.E.A School, with the purpose of articulating the academy with the productive sector, which contributes to improving the standard of living of horticultural producers. Methodology: The investigation of documentary character oriented to the collection and bibliographic analysis begins, to determine the importance of the planning, a systematic search of articles was carried out supported by a search equation applied in databases, specifically (WOS), later the results obtained were analyzed with the software (TOS). Results: the interpretation of the information demonstrated the relevance of planning in the field of management and research since it is a field in which it has not been deepened. Conclusions: being open to innovative development in ways of agricultural organization and management.
