Evaluación de habilidades no cognitivas para la administración de la educación

Esta investigación analiza el desarrollo que ha tenido la evaluación de las habilidades no cognitivas durante las últimas cinco décadas en Colombia, identificando las continuidades y discontinuidades en las investigaciones realizadas alrededor del tema. Pretende plantear la importancia de la medición de habilidades no cognitivas en el escenario educativo y generar unos referentes que permitan el desarrollo de nuevas estrategias de evaluación en el ámbito educativo. La metodología elegida es el análisis documental a través de la interpretación hermenéutica de los textos. De los hallazgos encontrados se identificaron diferentes técnicas de evaluación que nacen de la psicología y que a la fecha presentan todavía dificultades que han limitado el desarrollo de estrategias que permitan la evaluación de las habilidades no cognitivas en ámbitos educativos. Como referente principal establecido en esta investigación se plantea la necesidad considerar la naturaleza de estas habilidades con el objeto de crear desarrollos y análisis cualitativos, personalizados y en contexto.

Author

The content of the article must be unpublished, it must not be in the process of evaluation by another institution, it must not have been distributed to third parties, there must be no legal or contractual limitation that prohibits the author from authorizing the use of their work in open access and in printed or digital form.

Obtaining reproduction rights for all graphical material (tables, figures, diagrams, photographs) is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, they must send authorizations for the publication and use of this material.

Each author must sign the ‘Copyright Transfer Agreement’, transferring the rights to Universidad Nacional Abierta y A Distancia (UNAD) and the Revista Estrategia Organizacional.
