El presente artículo expone los resultados de un estudio referido a las problemáticas existentes en la gestión de personal que enfrenta la industria de construcción en Colombia. Se hace un análisis e indagación con la participación de estudiantes pertenecientes al curso académico denominado Gestión de Personal de Obras, activos entre los períodos de 2015 y 2016. En síntesis, se sistematiza el estudio que se llevó a cabo en el curso mencionado, actualizando marco teórico y contextual de la situación problema.
Mediante el semillero de Activos ECACEN, se desarrolla un análisis de la literatura para determinar la problemática general, se contrastan diferentes textos encontrados al respecto que nos permitan problematizar la investigación. Es preciso indicar que no se encuentran suficientes datos o documentos que compilen o permitan caracterizar el ambiente general que se vive en la gestión de personal referido a obras y construcciones. Se llevara a cabo una caracterización a partir de la documentación encontrada para luego hacer una consulta a profesionales con experiencia en el manejo de personal al servicio de la industria en construcción. Lo anterior estará apoyado por estudiantes del programa de Gestión de Obras Civiles. Basado en la consulta, se obtendrá un panorama que será útil para la toma de decisiones a quien le incumba el tema.

The content of the article must be unpublished, it must not be in the process of evaluation by another institution, it must not have been distributed to third parties, there must be no legal or contractual limitation that prohibits the author from authorizing the use of their work in open access and in printed or digital form.
Obtaining reproduction rights for all graphical material (tables, figures, diagrams, photographs) is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, they must send authorizations for the publication and use of this material.
