Este artículo es producto del estudio realizado durante el primer semestre de 2015 con las
empresas pymes ubicadas en el micro centro comercial de la calle 6, entre carrera 2 y 6, del
municipio de La Plata, departamento del Huila. El objetivo fue evaluar las implicaciones socioeconómicas, en dichas empresas, producto de la obra de infraestructura vial y peatonal que se desarrolla en el sector donde se encuentran ubicadas.
Esta investigación se desarrolló a partir de un estudio descriptivo, cuantitativo, no experimental;
aplicado a una población de 30 empresas, que a su vez actuaron como muestra, con un nivel de confianza del 95 %, margen de error del 5 %, márgenes probabilísticos de ocurrencia y no ocurrencia del 50 % cada uno. El estudio inicial consistió en la identificación de la teoría sobre estrategias competitivas y la Teoría General de Sistemas, a través de diferentes fuentes de información primarias y secundarias, que constituyen una herramienta enriquecedora de análisis e interpretación de la realidad. La segunda etapa presenta la metodología que se desarrolló para la búsqueda de la información pertinente en el trabajo de campo; y la tercera muestra los resultados obtenidos en la investigación y el análisis correspondiente.

The content of the article must be unpublished, it must not be in the process of evaluation by another institution, it must not have been distributed to third parties, there must be no legal or contractual limitation that prohibits the author from authorizing the use of their work in open access and in printed or digital form.
Obtaining reproduction rights for all graphical material (tables, figures, diagrams, photographs) is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, they must send authorizations for the publication and use of this material.
