En los procesos productivos del mundo globalizado son cada vez más marcadas las rivalidades
empresariales, razón por la cual los distintos sectores productivos deben adoptar nuevas posturas en los comportamientos tradicionales, con el fin de lograr el objetivo propuesto mediante la utilización adecuada de los recursos disponibles. El gobierno colombiano como una estrategia industrial, ha definido los acuerdos de competitividad sectoriales. Mediante la integración del sector público y privado se propende por definir mecanismos de acción y cooperación empresarial de las distintas cadenas productivas, en busca de mayor productividad y competitividad. Es para el Departamento de Nariño una prioridad definir las diferentes potencialidades de sus distintas regiones, con el propósito de impulsar y dinamizar las economías sectoriales. El objetivo de la investigación es identificar y caracterizar los logros y retos de la cadena productiva de la papa en el municipio de Pasto período 2003-2019, para ello es necesario reconocer el estado actual y la problemática socioeconómica de sus integrantes.
La metodología del proyecto desde el aspecto analítico-descriptivo busca identificar y caracterizar
las diversas propiedades en los procesos de producción, transformación y comercialización, con
el propósito de realizar una visión prospectiva del comportamiento de la cadena para el año 2019.

Author
The content of the article must be unpublished, it must not be in the process of evaluation by another institution, it must not have been distributed to third parties, there must be no legal or contractual limitation that prohibits the author from authorizing the use of their work in open access and in printed or digital form.
Obtaining reproduction rights for all graphical material (tables, figures, diagrams, photographs) is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, they must send authorizations for the publication and use of this material.
