COMPETENCIAS DE LOS LÍDERES EMPRESARIALES GLOBALES Y SOCIALMENTE RESPONSABLES: REFLEXIÓN FRENTE A LOS POSTULADOS EXISTENTES

Hoy en día se requieren organizaciones inteligentes que logren equilibrar su rentabilidad y productividad con los aspectos ambientales y sociales. Por lo tanto se necesitan líderes empresariales socialmente responsables que construyan políticas organizacionales con enfoque hacia el desarrollo sostenible. Con el propósito de orientar la formación en liderazgo de acuerdo a los estándares globales de sostenibilidad se realizó una revisión teórica en estos aspectos, para determinar las competencias que requieren estos líderes emergentes y propiciar los cambios. Aunque el tema de sostenibilidad es de gran relevancia en el mundo empresarial son muy pocas las investigaciones que existen sobre la formación de líderes empresariales socialmente responsables. En tal sentido la investigación realizada, además de presentar postulados en torno a las competencias que se deben formar en quienes dirigen los destinos empresariales compara estos resultados con los postulados de investigadores anteriores en el tema. Se busca iniciar un proceso de investigaciones y reflexiones en torno a la formación de líderes socialmente responsables y se aportan nuevas y complejas competencias que pueden ser consideradas en los currículos de las instituciones como también del proceso de capacitación y desarrollo de las mismas empresas.

Author

The content of the article must be unpublished, it must not be in the process of evaluation by another institution, it must not have been distributed to third parties, there must be no legal or contractual limitation that prohibits the author from authorizing the use of their work in open access and in printed or digital form.

Obtaining reproduction rights for all graphical material (tables, figures, diagrams, photographs) is the responsibility of the authors. Therefore, they must send authorizations for the publication and use of this material.

Each author must sign the ‘Copyright Transfer Agreement’, transferring the rights to Universidad Nacional Abierta y A Distancia (UNAD) and the Revista Estrategia Organizacional.

Our journal preserves files through the servers of the UNAD newspaper library with the OJS platform.
