Introduction: Digital transformation has generated profound changes in management models, revealing limitations in traditional approaches to address environments characterized by complexity, rapid change, and increasing technological integration. Methodology: The study was conducted through a narrative analysis of specialized academic production aimed at identifying the main conceptualizations, contributions, and challenges associated with the digital paradigm of management. The research was based on the selection, critical examination, and analytical integration of recent theoretical contributions addressing the transformation of management models. Results: Findings indicate that the digital paradigm represents a conceptual transformation that challenges traditional hierarchical structures and promotes more flexible, collaborative, and interconnected management models. The importance of integrating human and technological capabilities to strengthen organizational adaptation and value creation is also highlighted. Conclusions: Contemporary management is evolving toward a paradigm centered on interconnection, anticipation, and continuous learning, where technology functions as an enabler of innovation, value co-creation, and organizational sustainability.
