Introduction.
This article presents the findings from the third phase of the Historias Tejidas project, which explores how communities are configured around the ancestral practice of weaving through collective creation workshops conducted in various Colombian social contexts. The initiative aims to strengthen strategic approaches to knowledge management and collaborative learning, integrating divergent thinking, cultural practices, and educational dynamics.

Methodology.
The study was conducted with the academic community of Universidad Santo Tomás, using the Research-Creation methodology and workshop-based pedagogy. A creative stimulation strategy was developed, structured in five stages: Encounter, Framing, Unframing, Reframing, and Closure. Data collection involved qualitative techniques such as participant observation, focus groups, creative workshops, and audiovisual narratives.

Results.
The implementation of workshops in diverse environments validated the effectiveness of the proposed strategy, highlighting its value as a creative management tool for educational and community-building processes. Participants reported improvements in reflective and creative capacities, cognitive flexibility, and the ability to generate context-based solutions. Furthermore, the experience fostered a collaborative environment for the administration of creative processes, bridging individual creativity, organizational culture, and collective action.
