Adding information and communication technologies to distance education
The purpose of this article is to recognize the impact of incorporating Information and Communication Technologies to Distance Education, through the experience of UNAD students at the Distance Education center (CEAD) in Zipaquirá, specifically in order to identify perceptions, needs, adaptation and use of these tools for knowledge acquisition. A qualitative approach was implemented through the development of multiple case studies to obtain in-depth information, a view from the particular and unique, compared to the common, general and uniform. The results allow a better understanding of the distance education reality and the impact of this educational model among students.
