Academic discussions, which are woven on educational institutional
practices, should focus on educational models that reflect, in the essence of the academic project, the consistent planning, the real implementation and the coverage of learning needs for the students. Overcoming the signaling between on-site and distance mediations, regarded from complementary and constructive perspectives, will allow the advance in what educational research should really focus nowadays, in regards of teaching and learning
processes in specific communities in order to determine from that point the quality of academic planning and teaching practice.

The leadership of pedagogy, boosted by means of the disciplinary discourse, technology, student needs and applied research can help overcome the limitations created between the divorce of educational models and disciplines, and between business lines and interpretations performed by the teacher and students.
