This article reveals a proposal for implementation in psychosocial care for the elderly, and young adults, which seeks to improve the quality of life and promotes community building as subjects of law experts and participants in public policy. This arises in the context of research seed Sophists Silver age, from counseling and psychology program unad directed to the reflection and work of the elderly.
