Diseño de una prueba para medir el uso de estrategias metacognoscitivas en un entorno virtual de aprendizaje
This research had the goal of developing the first phase of a one macro project. In that macro project one propose is to design software for using metacognitive strategies in a virtual learning environment. In that macro project we propose three phases. The first it was to design and to validate the content of the test whit four experts judges. The test had 111 items in which we used the Mateo’s (1985) model. That model proposes variables of the metacognition model: the person´s knowledge, strategies’ knowledge, taks´ knowledge planning and evaluation. We used this model and applied in three dimensions of the virtual learning environment (chat, forum and virtual room). In the second phase we will do a pilot of the test and the design of the software. In the third phase we will compare the level of the use of metacognitive strategies of one of students´ group before and after of their participation in the program for training the metacognitive capabilities. We present the results of the first phase in which we designed a test with 40 items, with five variables (8 items for each one) and two dimensions (chat and virtual room) whit for items each one. We eliminated the forum dimension. We recommend reviewing more researches about the use of metacognitive strategies and virtual forums, to make new items for the forum dimension, and to do content validation again.
