This article shows a study of the relationship that has IES from Barranquilla and Cartagena, with the stakeholders of his organization at 2013, identifying as problem, the loss of competitiveness of the companies that don’t have idea of organizational strategic direction to their stakeholders. With the mobjective in to realize suggestions that improve the business models or organizational perspectives about the relationship stakeholders - company, with focus in to create value in the organization. It is concluded, that in the majority of the IES, they don't possess a formal method to identify their groups of interest, it is more a mental process, which is not captured in a paper or devised in a meeting, but some manifest to carry out market researches, analysis of the environment, etc
