Accounting has been a profession that has evolved and has taken great importance within various economic sectors where one of them is the business sector, this is due to the control and registration of the resources that enter and leave this type of entities to have a stable financial life as well as knowing how their finances are for an adequate decision making. Nowadays with the arrival of new technologies the accounting area has brought with it great changes among them the application of electronic accounting with which it facilitates the realization of a great diversity of accounting tasks making its processes more efficient as well as reducing the time in which each of them is carried out. The objective of this research is to describe through a descriptive methodology how electronic accounting has had an important impact on the growth of companies, where it could be concluded that electronic accounting has been of great help for the growth of companies.
