Today, Higher Education has undergone a great change, where we face very complex current issues since education converges in the environmental, social and economic environment, pillars of our society that must be integrated into sustainable and educational development, aligning in an educational infrastructure that actively contributes to teaching and learning, being important for the development of our society, making traditional education revolutionize the sustainability of infrastructures and the inclusion of students who make up educational institutions.

It is essential to have physical infrastructures for teaching, that have the necessary surface and the spaces required to make learning suitable for the student, being necessary to adapt the buildings according to the bioclimatic environment of the region, thus evolving the teaching task, improving the timely performance of education, applying innovations in teaching, space and environment, creating environmental awareness in teachers and students in an inclusive education.

Identifying options for its financing and viability, as well as its importance as it is avant-garde, original and iconic in private higher education facilities in the municipality of Villahermosa, Tabasco.
