In recent months, the bitcoin cryptocurrency has presented constant variations in its price quotation, which has created the need to evaluate the impact generated by volatility on investors who operate with this cryptocurrency as a forecast of the relationship and level of satisfaction in the future. This article describes the analysis using a documentary methodology through which the current vision of bitcoin from the point of view of investors is carried out in order to obtain results that allow to know the situation of this cryptocurrency in relation to the volatility it generates and thus show the level of confidence that is had through the use of it. In this way, when analyzing the results, it was shown that the confidence has been variable in such a way that significant drops have been obtained with respect to the market quotation level of said crypto-asset.
