Technological surveillance as a mechanism of educational innovation
An institution, organization or company must stay at the forefront of technological advances and innovations to have changes and improvements that lead it to achieve its institutional or organizational objectives, however, although technological surveillance has been around for more than 20 years in the market there are few organizations or institutions that implement it. Therefore, the objective of this article is to show how technological surveillance is carried out, for which various sources and specialized academic search engines were consulted, within the results the models and platforms for its implementation were found. For this reason, technological surveillance is of the utmost importance in an organization or institution, since it analyzes, explores, and communicates useful technical information, as well as alerts on scientific and technical innovations that may create opportunities and threats for the organization.
