Impact of the operational audit applied to the company
Companies always seek that their processes or activities are done safely, efficiently, but above all have control of everything that is carried out within it, having an efficient operational area implies a lot of work which sometimes companies find difficult to do or in all expenses invest their money in this aspect. For this the audit has a branch that is of great help for these problems of the companies since with it it is known if the processes are being efficient, if they are generating benefits to the company improving its effectiveness, as well as the profitability of this, it is the operational audit which is responsible for reviewing that the processes are being well applied, as well as verify that the allocated resources are being used in a reasonable manner for the benefit of the entity. This research will address how the operational audit has helped companies to have better processes by ensuring and constantly verifying that they meet the objectives established by the directive, thus leading to the company being effective, profitable, and competitive.
