Educación y género:
The purpose of this article is to contribute to the multiple reflections on the professional practice of Social work, relating the importance of developing transformative communication processes that are oriented to the construction of a culture of peace, with the purpose of favoring the conditions of access and guarantee of Human Rights in a country like Colombia. For this purpose, two fields of intervention are presented: education and work with a gender perspective, in order to illustrate their practical relationship and their theoretical potential.
