The purpose of this document is to show the appropriate methods to determine the optimization of management with BPM in telemonitoring of users in ResMed 10 series equipment in Colombia. The problem is generated by the speed of advances in health in the modern world, in addition to the rapid increase in seeking proposals that facilitate the usual processes, through the incorporation of technological strategies, which optimize each of the stages of care and treatment of patients. The above problem is suffered by ResMed, a company dedicated to the manufacture of therapeutic devices for the management of sleep-disordered breathing and ventilators, which can be telemonitored in order to be able to efficiently manage the information and adjustments required by the devices, without need to physically access the equipment. Although the company enjoys technological advances, the ResMed platforms face a challenge, they need the optimization of the managerial management of the Telemonitoring processes, to optimize aspects related to the registry, which maximize access and guarantee that all users and / or clinicians register the devices on the platforms defined for each case. In addition, implement managerial management strategies, based on the application of the Business Process Management (BPM) methodology, that optimize the Telemonitoring process in terms of time, general flow of the process and avoid the current duplication of access to the platforms associated with the ResMed devices that are available in Colombia.
