Child telepsychology and psychoeducation a look from the psychological well-being in a family in Tunja -Boyacá

The time of confinement and the global socio-sanitary crisis have permeated families with important changes in their dynamics, especially those composed of children in early childhood. The role of the psychologist calls us to the need to contribute to the fundamental pillar of society and telepsychology offers us the opportunity through ICTs to accompany families from psychoeducation, guiding guidelines that favor family dynamics, facilitating in a timely manner prevention of sleep disturbances and anxiety in children. In our case, in a single-parent family made up of a 28-year-old mother head of the family and her 3-year-old daughter participating in 4 sessions held in two months of this year, residents of the city of Tunja Boyacá. The main results highlight the importance of focusing from the positive discipline the notion of the human being as a psychological basis in which their thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and actions are oriented towards a certain goal, established in aspects such as daily routine, family ties, safety in the child and positive attitudes before going to bed.
