Rethinking Adolescent Mental Health to Strengthen School–Family Networks: A Systematic Review

Objective. To analyze collaborative strategies and practices between schools and families to strengthen adolescent mental health in the digital age. Method.A systematic review was conducted using the PRISMA model, employing specialized databases with a sample of 62 articles related to the research categories. Results. Findings revealed that collaborative initiatives impact various factors, notably the integration of key stakeholders, promotion of communication, parental involvement, and sociocultural and economic contexts. Conclusion. Adolescent mental health can be effectively strengthened when schools, families, and other stakeholders coordinate efforts through assertive communication, mutual support networks, and initiatives adapted to the context of each educational institution.
