The objective of this study was to design, implement and evaluate a NOOC course focused on the creation of digital educational content under the guidance of the TPACK framework. The course followed the instructional phases of the ADDIE model. A validation of the course content was carried out by teachers of the technology and computer science subject. Implementation and evaluation were carried out using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The validation of the course content showed that the validity coefficient of all statements was at adequate levels. From the analysis of the reflection forums present in the course, elements such as motivation, interaction and evaluation of learning when using digital educational content in classes emerged. Likewise, the teachers who carried out the majority of the NOOC activities evaluated it positively in aspects such as fulfillment of the objective, the resources used, and the time allocated for the development of the activities. The development of MOOC-type courses, following the instructional phases of the ADDIE model, enables the continued training of teachers, specifically in the development of digital educational content guided by the TPACK framework. The course allowed participants to reflect on the pedagogical use of technology, identifying aspects such as the interaction that is encouraged with this type of tools.
