Digital storytelling, integrating multimedia elements such as images and videos, emerges as a powerful tool for conveying complex information and generating emotional impact. This study explores its application in training public service company officials on water purification. Through a didactic sequence based on the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation model, a strategy was designed that combines interactive digital content and engaging narratives within the framework of a digital educational resource. Validation by experts in education, technology, and chemistry confirmed the relevance of the proposal. The results highlight the need to strengthen competencies related to information and communication technologies, enhance knowledge about water purification among officials, and develop a targeted approach to addressing environmental issues. This strategy is presented as a powerful learning alternative, capable of fostering the adoption of innovative practices and tackling critical challenges in various educational contexts.
