When RIAA receives the postulation of an original by its author, either through email or post mail, considers that it can be published in physical and/or electronic format and facilitates its inclusion in databases, newspaper archives and other systems and indexing process. RIAA authorizes the reproduction and citation of the Journal’s material, provided that explicitly indicates journal name, the authors, the article title, volume, number and pages. Esquemas de compensación y pago por servicios ambientales de los bosques nativos: revisión de casos y marco legal en argentina
En Argentina, al momento se han desarrollado pocas experiencias de implementación de esquemas de pago de servicios ambientales. No obstante, la recientemente sancionada ley nacional 26.331 de presupuestos mínimos de conservación de bosques nativos provee un marco normativo para el diseño e implementación de dichos esquemas, dirigidos a la conservación de bosques nativos en todas y cada una de las provincias forestales del país. Por ello el objetivo de esta propuesta es abarcar un análisis de los esquemas de pago de servicios ambientales de los bosques nativos. Se examinan distintos casos en el pais donde existe una justipreciación para los mencionados mecanismos.
