Formulation of an integral Pedagogical Structure for the training schools of the National Navy, in order to Improve military and professional Competencies
The Colombian National Navy has been improving its processes for the incorporation of human talent, in the same way, it is working to improve the quality of the military and academic training of the incorporated personnel, likewise, at the general level of the Military Forces, new challenges are imposed. to the people who participate in it, therefore, Officers and NCOs are forced to face a work environment that demands new skills and abilities year after year of service.
Faced with this important challenge, the learning processes remain in constant transformation and innovation to respond to the needs demanded by society and the Military Forces. Therefore, society becomes a determining factor in the professional development of the military, in order to guarantee the social and economic development of the national
territory, therefore, uniformed personnel is decisive in some areas of the country where the institutional framework is seen broken by the social problems with which society lives, and it is there where the presence and professionalization of the Officers and NCOs make not only the military presence, but also the hope of a better future for Colombians. Due to the above, conjunctural situations of the military, political and economic reality are identified in which the role of the
Officer or NCO requires a mastery of the technical, the theoretical and the ethical, among other skills, with the purpose of guaranteeing the proper practice of the profession. For which the three National Navy Training Schools require an institutional pedagogical structure that provides these academic guarantees and that generates sufficient skills for the military of the 21st century.
