Evolution from method to logistic flow treatment model RAPDTt
The RAPDTt logistic flow treatment, since its proposal, as a sequence of tasks that are repeated within the flow of any logistic process or sub-process, has gone through different tests that have materialized its service as a referential method, demonstrating its usefulness to recognize and describe standard stages in the treatment of macro and micrologistic flows, both of materials and information, This document summarizes these activities, which have been accompanied by formal research documents that provide the theoretical framework to turn it into a model, together with the concrete results of its use as a tool for description, review and analysis within the field of logistics and under different business test environments. This status as a model puts RAPDTt on the road to recognition as one, a task that requires further study of its capabilities in the future, both at the academic and business levels.
