:  In the following research, it is evident in a group of first grade students at the Santa Helena Baviera school that the learning processes in the area of logical mathematics have become monotonous and traditional, there are topics that should be addressed from the theory, but it is essential to accompany them with different experiences that allow children to develop such knowledge in a natural way. By means of the observation and identification of tastes and interests, the strategy of promoting logical mathematical thinking is approached, through board games such as: tangram, Concentrate and dominoes, which allow to promote logical skills and relate these games with each of the environments and daily life, since the human being has contact with logical mathematical processes such as: knowing the time, shopping, spatial sense up-down, laterality, conflict resolution, etc. The purpose of the pedagogical proposal is to encourage children to build their own knowledge through the board game where they will understand that there is an order, strategies, learning to work in groups, problem solving that lead to enhance logical mathematical thinking in each of the students.
